POTATO SALAD RECIPE COFFEE INFUSED STYLE 5 cups diced potatoes 1/2 cucumber peeled and diced 1/4 cup celery 1 tbl. onion, chopped fine 1 1/4 tsp salt 3/4 tsp celery seed 1 cup sour cream 1/2 cup mayo 1/4 cup vinegar 1 tsp mustard 3 hard cooked eggs 3/4 cup COFFEE INFUSED CHIPOTLE SALSA + 1/4 cup cook potatoes until soft but still firm. Add potatoes, cucumber, celery, onion, salt, egg whites and celery seed together and mix well. Meanwhile add sour cream, mayo, mustard, vinegar, egg yolks and COFFEE INFUSED CHIPOTLE SALSA together and mix well, put in fridge. 30 minutes before serving mix potato and sour cream mixtures together and chill. Add 1/4 cup COFFEE INFUSED CHIPOTLE SALSA ON TOP AS GARNISH.
